Vinta Solidifies Alliance with Omanfil

Omanfil corporations, one of the Philippines top recruitement agencies, forms an alliance with Vinta corporation to strengthen both companies offerings. Vinta will provide online presence and web based system for Omanfil, while the latter provides the pipeline of resources needed by Vinta into the Philipine manpower pool.

MAKATI, PHILIPPINES, March 23, 2005 - Vinta Corporation forms an alliance with one of the most reputable manpower companies in the Philippines to strengthen both companies overall business offerings. The financial arrangements have not been publicized, and will most likely remain private, but the conditions of the alliance are clear:

The two companies focus in providing human capital to clients. Omanfil in the form of actual manpower, and Vinta offer intellectual capital solutions. As part of the alliance, Vinta will be the "entry point" via the U.S. and internet markets. Vinta's site and offices will transparently contain the information and contacts to Omanfil offerings. On the other hand, Omanfil will allow Vinta to tap into the highly skilled Philippine market with the flexibility needed by the company’s "on-Demand" push.

In an interview with Remedios Huang, Omanfil's Chief Operations Officer, she calls the alliance of the two companies "a natural progression of both companies reaction to the global and technological business environment... We (Omanfil) have built our market on the traditional personal relation with clients, with growth generated primarily by word of mouth. This will definitely continue because of the strong history of customer relations and emphasis on quality of service. With Vinta however, the technology they introduce would increase market exposure that brings Omanfil into a new market space".

In an interview with Leon Francis De Ocampo, Vinta Chief Executive Officer, he says "because Vinta caters to a global community that has expected on-demand models from most partners, Omanfil allows access to the highly skilled Filipino workforce with the depth and breadth that allows us (Vinta) to initiate and expand services as needed by our clients.

As more countries join the fray of off shore activities this alliance increases the value the Filipino people has proven themselves amongst other countries in Asia and across the globe. And, it makes it easier for corporations from other countries to make such services immediately available.
